Ok I've checked that the wastegate moves free enough! What would the next step be guys? Any ideas?

Yeah I will do that's on the to do list along with 4 tyres, and all the steering joints!!

I'll try the wastegate, and I'll also try a known good maf/map sensors too

ok ill have a go at that, seems odd because after 2200rpm its goes quite well, its almost as if its massive turbo lag!

so the actuator pulls the rod back or pushes it?
