If its a Petrol, you won't have an Intercooler - it forms part of the Turbocharger system.... Unless of course you have a petrol turbo, in which case I'm talking out of my exhaust pipe....

Scratch that, the Rangie failed its MOT so not going to Southampton or cleaning the Intercooler...! Got to try and fit a new exhaust and get it retested instead.... Think I'd rather spend time with the Mother-In-Law!

Gents Apologies for the "URGENT!!!" statement in the Title, but my Rangie has just failed its MOT as apparently the middle box of the exhaust has a hole in it... I need to source a replacement asap as I can't have the car off the road for any length of time - I normally use Car Parts...

Mine is doing exactly the same - hoping its the Battery... I'd be interested to know how you fix yours, if the battery has already been replaced... Sorry I can't be of any more help! Rob

I haven't had time to check the Battery and Alternator yet, but I agree, it does sound Battery related. The Airbag warning has disappeared (for the time being) but the ABS and Traction Control ones remain - they only seem to appear when the engine is running - not when ignition is on and...
