I was also told there is a "door open" microswitch inside the latch. I have the same problem which only appears during summer and when the door gets hot because of the sun. I suspect some tolerance problem or maybe humidity/wiring problems.

MAP pipe goes from underside of the front of intake manifold to a small box bolted on the fuel filter housing (next to EAS box).

Not necessarily, check your BeCM sticker first, as I have a DT manual and a H type BeCM fitted. I guess they were differently equipped for various markets.

Every sunroof will leak water to some extent, that is the reason for the drain tubes. Yours are certainly blocked, try to clean them with an air compressor or even better, with a length of wire.

Steve, i completely agree with that. Regarding that Kangoo, i'm just on the way of checking why it smells like something is burning... i guess that 50 km wasn't such a good idea after all.

Two guys at work had driven 50 km on petrol with a Renault Kangoo dCi diesel. Only then a MIL light came on and they stopped. The engine seems fine, as does the fuel pump, but that's a common rail diesel... Anyway, diesel can run on almost anything.

It's the pipe from turbo to intercooler. Examine it for cracks or delamination when you take it off.
