sounds like a good idea to me, I used black plastic drainpipe and so far has taken the grief.

I used a reciprocating saw and then covered with truck arches and used expanding foam to fill gap in doors . Doors could have been tidier am currently looking for something to cover it up.

Here mine,I am very tight with money 2 it is drain pipe and bend from B&Q, flexi pipe from MM 4x4 and some silicon to ensure all joints water tight. not a very good pic but gives vague idea. Also note I have not bought a light bar, I simply dont have the money but want all the goodies :o :o

This sounds like it could be a plan. Is it really as easy as take the starter off and take it to bits??? I imagined there to be springs and things awkward in starter motors??

The starter on my disco has become very temperamental since I drowned it last weekend. Does anyone have a spare starter motor? I am in Solihull area.
