    Only suggestion is to check the relay. Check the wiring for the switch. Also check the earth at the back of the bulb holder too. Sometimes the connection can corrode and break the earthing wires. For the flashing to act quickly, notes a break in the front indicator wiring.

    Little update and possible correction. I placed two wads of kitchen role in my channel nearest to the roof. one at the front of the door and at the rear of the door. Rear dry but front wet while on a minor slope. This suggests the front corner is possible cause.

    Had a look at the manual. Seems I should rename the vehicle the Sieve by the amount of sealant needed.

    Simple reason was because my wagon is parked on small slope. Also when on the stopped road or parked, it still finds it way out over the front, because the vehicle sits high in the back.

    You could get two box section similar to the mud type and drill fresh holes to the desired measurements. The mud rail are mainly for big lard ar*es like me. Maybe cheaper that way. Have a word with a scrappy or local metal merchant.

    Could you have a large air block or something blocking the water course. Have a look from the radiator screw in cap on the left side where the Expansion tank feed from. Test the temp from there if cold the flow is blocked.
