hi, just got another disco, bought unseen, i know, i do it all the time, anyway, it's got a brand new battery fitted, started up great drove it 12 miles and parked it on my driveway, got in it 5 mins later, battery flat, jumped it off my other disco, parked it on the grass to look at later...

the front windows on my disco don't stop when down, the motor doesn't stop, is there a micro switch or something that should tell it when to stop??? neil

did mine a few weeks ago, I removed aircon rad, got an aftermarket oil cooler and just fitted it at the side, very easy job, whole job took a few hours and that included fitting new winch and bumper, mine is now sat right back in the grille, neil

i have the same problem as you only my central locking does work from the drivers door lock using the key, just checked fuses and they are ok, could this be because it's a jap import? is yours an import??? neil

just fitted new winch and bumper, was thinking that all it takes is the 4 bolts and someone can be away with the lot, what have u done to prevent this? also, did you just use bolts off old bumper or did you get stronger ones? neil

hi, just wondering if the oil that goes through the cooler is under high pressure or is it more of just a flow? i have made a temporary repair and could do with using it today as new cooler not arriving till tomorrow, cheers, neil
