SAT 29th NOVEMBER LANING - TYWYN WALES

Only planned Happy Valley byway and a couple of small byways to form a loop back to Machynlleth. Takes me old Series a few hours to chunter to the start in the first place! If time was aloowing potentially Nant-Y-Moch lanes on my way home but think it will be too dark so will save for another day!

Snorkels and Light bars on a series

Given the fact I now own "Hayley" the A407 *** Series 3 SWB green/creme landy above now, and have done for several months, I can confirm what a bodge job has been done on the snorkel by one of the previous owners! Potentially "Grippa" or before as he has posted pics. Nice job on the SS pipe...

    2.25 Diesel

My bog standard 2.25 diesel does around 35-40 nicely with no overdrive. Max I have had is 55 downhill or on the flat but it is dam noisy. Plenty torque for my green laning needs so sticking with it. Diesel waded dam well over my mates petrol one at the weekend. 55 as standard though is...

Something a bit different - Storm Joyner 2WD Buggy

Nah just the one! The passenger has normally bailed by then! Raised air intake using Landy snorkel methods does the job after a few mods, they are good for 15-20" of water max before electrics start moaning! Stupid place to put a battery and relay I say! :)

Something a bit different - Storm Joyner 2WD Buggy

No mate.:( All of us are local or on the M4 corridor mainly. Not sure where happy valley is either! Reputable middle aged GLASS members, and this is the problem that we have, hence the new club. We either get banged into the Quad/Motocross rat-yoofed power rangers chinese import category or shot...
