Anyone near Nottingham or Derby want to drive my TD5?

Hi again, thanks for all the replys and sorry for the delay in getting back on (been away on company business for a couple of days). I am now convinced that the clutch is OK. and as for the misfire, I am not convinced that it has one but it does seem a bit slow pulling away until the revs get up...

Disco 2 fitting of aftermarket parking sensors

I agree parking sensors are a good thing, as is anything to improve safety. Mine were fitted as standard and I use (rely on) them every day when reverse parking.

    I fixed my overhating problem...

When you say "the fans are now blowing as hot as i presume land rovers blow." It gives the impression that the heater is not very hot. My heater is nice and toasty after only a few miles on the coldest of winter mornings.

    12s socket wiring?

Hi Steve, good point but I think the smart relay will prevent this. I will double check though.:)

    12s socket wiring?

I am going to add a 12s socket to the towing bracket on the TD5 to power the fridge in the caravan and keep mi beer cool while towing (must be other advantages as well). I have, after searching on here, bought a smart switching relay and I am considering taking the power supply from the...
