For sale my red P reg 3.9 V8. Runs on LPG This motor has not been cut about and modified other than the bottom of the bumper being taken off. Bodywork looks straight and strangely only has a few very small patches of bubbling on the red paintwork, although this has not rusted. Good news...

Truth! I live in the Pennines, about 3 miles from Hebden Bridge. The water rising up from inside the rotting boot floor has forced the whippet to float out the holes in the sun roof seals!

To be very honest, I'm not sure. Haven't have the disco long. I'd planned to change and update parts as I went and had all intentions of doing a fair bit of work on it. Seems a good running project though. Is this a simple enough at home job? Thanks for the reply. Duncan

Got the mechanic out and in a nutshell a massive shortcircuit and burn out of all engine electrics. Things melted to other things, wires burnt out, fuses blown. Bit of a mess. He found the cause, had to replace the starter motor and now it's up and running and seems fine..... but it's a...
