Yeah, it could be a 12point bolt...how do I get it off!? Im working with a standard socket set...it's sunken into the wheel, so got no access by spanner/mole grips!
Also I fear the nut on the pulley is snapped-the nuts just keeps going around and I can't move the tensioner using the 15mm...

I replaced the fuel filter assembly the other day on my TD5, (element and the part which bolts to the chassis with pipes going into them.) managed to accidently empty most of the pipes, but connected up the new assembly anyway. long story short, it now doesn't want to start.

Thought it was about time i started looking at taking my 200tdi 110CSW to more interesting places, and it raised a few questions about wading. obviously there's the axle and transmission breather pipes and raised air intake. the real question is, how do i waterproof things like the battery box...
