just out of interest does anyone know what it costs to get the hot start problem properly repaired not with hot start fix

i thought that so paid quickley as ive only owned this for about 6 weeks and already spent oner a grand, there is £25 excess if it goes to a garage though and thats a courtesy car for 3 days a time (like for like), it also has to be reguarly serviced when do LR say these should be serviced

im going away to the dorset steam fair next friday with the family and pikey wagon but as i own a p38 dse though i better get breakdown cover, phoned around and aa are doing a special me covererd on any any vehicle as driver or passenger for £10 per month thats with unlimited roadside labour...

i just done a coolant change now its over heating i did leave cap off for a while but is that the prob

hi is there anyone near bedford that can fix hot start probs, i have the part just dont trust mself fitting it, everytime i touch something it breaks :mad:

mine had the same thing mine was the oil filter housing gasket

right i had it checked today battery is ok, starter is ok, all leak off pipes are ok tested all the way to filter, so i put new ngk heater plugs in and its still the same but if i do the glow plugs 3 times it fires strait up (with old lot 3 times helped but still took 3 or 4 seconds), was told...

he is go for the £30 one my mate got it and said its good, i got it just to thick to fit it thats why im going to ask if anyone is near bedfrod that does
