Yes not very helpful. I guess it probably was re-sync or he would have needed more help. Did not spot the date on it. All suggestions so far much appreciated. Fairly sure we have found the problem just need proper diagnostics now. Unless anyone can think of something obvious that's been missed?

Yes has g on it checked with vendor confirmed its correct but the fault I get is 1 red flash which is listed as non GEMS fault so possibly faults sync mate. Don't want to hijack Simonh102 thread, but looks like we have identical problem. All the stuff I have tried is on my thread its a big one.

Going to get new multimeter and check old sensor readings and pins on OBD11 sensor tomorrow and attempt re-sync again. If this does not work am going to have to fork out for tow as work overseas contracting and expect I will have to go away soon so can't leave it where it is.

One but flashes red once as you say this Is Thor fault. Vendor said should have g on sticker which it does. Will have to get it towed to Poole where I live or Swindon where parents are if no joy tomorrow

Just payed Fleet services for another 2 days parking as looks like this is going to take a while. On plus side little bit oily on casings underneath but not one drop of fluid on floor after couple days standing.
