Hi, No there is no air con, there are two pipes running along the top of the chassis on the drivers side, they seem to be going to the injection pump, should they be steel or have someone fitted plastic / rubber tubeing ?, what should they be?. Thanks.

Just had a better look, the pipe runs from the pump along the top of the chassis to the back on the off side, think it may be the fuel return to the tank, anyone ever changed one ?, seems strange to have a rubber pipe for diesel, Thanks.

Whatever it is its rotten but nothing leaking out of it, will have a proper look tomorrow maybe theres a cable running through it.

Have you checked your engine mountings, it could be the engine moving when under load just a thought.

The best way to get the clock out is to push a credit card into the top as far as it will go and just pull the clock out, hope this helps.

Do they work when the engine is cold ?, if they do, there is a printed circuit board behind the passenger glove box which controlls the rear windows, it could be that or a relay. hope this helps,

Go to any diesel repair garage, they will give you one. its just a copper washer to seal the injector.

Hi ChrisK, Yes it is the tensioner pully, a quick squirt with wd40 and it stops, but i need to change it incase it packs up.
