    Very big difference which worries me. The cheaper one does seem to work on a variety of cars including old classics. As long as a footwell is a straightforward job and not a Land Rover specialist job, then I may go with them. Both garages said pretty much the same thing about how they're going...

    To be honest I thought this would be a fairly straightforward job as its a known rot point. Seems not? Lots of non Land Rover garages turning the job down, talks of lifting body off or chassis off! Heading to a Land Rover specialist today so fingers crossed the quote won't be too expensive...

    Power steering in.........wow what a difference. Very pleased! I ended up paying my local garage to do the job in the end as I'm always short of time.     That's exactly the kind of info I need, Defenders suit a bit of damage but I think I would cry if I damaged mine! Nice bit of laning and no damage would be perfect.
