There should be a leak off pipe that goes back to the tank.

Take a photo of the injector nearest the bulkhead and post it here. The black pipe with the kink in the end hanging loose near the fuel filter is prob the leak off return pipe. If thats the case, your gonna get air locks. Show me the last injector first.

Got an Anytone AT-5555 in my D1 with a Modulator on the roof... love it :)

Probably the slave cylinder. Mine was exactly the same. Check clutch fluid level, is it low? If so id bet your slave is leaking. Easy fix if it is.

That pipe is your tank return from the last injector. Mine was off, caused all sorts of starting problems.

The white smoke is unburned diesel, so the question is, why is she running on 3 cyl's on startup. Lack of compression on 1 cylinder maybe?

Mine do, until you open the door (or wait a while i believe). D1, 300TDi. Turn engine off, and remove key, and you can wind the window up for a short while.

Hi All.. anyone ever come across this before. Say, your driving along at 30 mph, low revs (not low enough to stall out, say 1500 rpm, engine not under much load). The car feels jerky, as if im jittering the throttle up and down, that sort of feeling you get when you let off the throttle...

Did it saturday, pain in the arse! Sent me the wrong master cyl and the wrong slave.. lucky i was able to remove the piston from the old slave cyl, clean it up and fit the piston and slave from the new one (the only difference with the new slave was the thread was different for where the fluid...

Just checked, master cyl reservoir is empty :( Must have a leak somewhere, its not in the cab, or anywhere near master cyl so im guessing its the slave. One on order, fitting it tomorrow.

Mines the same, and my lift pump is ****ing fuel out lol.. hence the new one sitting on the dash. Granted, it would perform much better under the bonnet.. its just finding the time haha!

Morning all... just wanted some conformation before i order bits. My clutch pedal on my d1 is playing up. It sticks down about 1/2 way, but it seems the first 1/2 of the pedal is just floppy, as if the cylinders are knackered. Am going to order a new slave and master cyl for the clutch...

Was gonna say sounds like fuel low/leak...

Hi mike - did you get to the bottom of it? Mines doing this now... am thinking of changing the master and slave anyway. I take it the cylinder on these is on top of the gear box, not inside it.
