not had chance to strip it yet, but i'm guessing it's a knackered output seal on the transfer box? is it likely to be much hastle to change? are the seals available? cheers Ben:)

thanks for your reply. i spoke to the fella who has it earlier, he says its a fairy overdrive, he took it off his land rover when he scrapped it due to it having a terminally rotten chassis. comes with all the bits and fitting instructions, and he wants £100 for it. does that sound about right?

hi all, been offered an overdrive for my series 3, i'm up for buying it, i just don't know what to look for with regards to it being any good. anyone got any tips as to what to look out for? cheers Ben :)
