My passanger floor plate is rotted threw and instead of patching it I thought I may as well go for a full new section but I can't find it anywhere. There is lots of places which do the angled bit but not the piece which you put your mats on anybody know of anywhere does them? Thanks

With it slightly idling high and you overheating I'd of thought (but only my opinion) that there was air getting in somewhere but now you have adjusted idle and it's dying with light and fan on could be alernator trouble I'd of thought but could be completely wrong

Well thanks for the info team Will start my order of nuts and bolts soon as the rechassie has been put off for a few months I may just go arouns slowly replacing bolts now ready for the re chassie so it's easier at the time if there all newish and copper slipped up:):)

300tdi defender runs on for about a second or 2 after taking key out only just started to do it Looked into this run away diesel but it doesnt max out it just idles so hoping it isnt that I'm going to replace start stop solinoid anything else I should be looking into Thanks

Seems about right the price Why would it be too cheap? because people sometimes over value their vehicles doesnt mean that when a cheap one pops up it must be suspect for being "too cheap"
