Cheers fellas, looks like Ill remove the prop and weigh it in, oops I mean retain it for off roading following removal for economy reasons, then give it a run and see if it still knocks. If all sounds ok, I think it may be worth putting back on the road.

No mate, thats a station wagon. Edit, thats the one custom and excise will do you for! It is registered as a utility (van) due to the £200 per year road tax, but clearly has windows in the back, and they are calling it a "mini bus". Only has 5 seats as standard, but ill bet if you enquired...
