They're the same angle mate, just new bushes make it a bit awkward to get in. Put the inner bush on the stud, feed the shock on to the stud, then slide the outer bush on. But the big plate and nut on and tighten it up. It should all compress together

Got the engine started today! Whoop whoop! My starter motor was knackered. Got a recon one on, works a charm, fired after a second in a ploom of smoke! Revs nicely and sounds great. Got a new none mouldy, atheist roof on too. Progress!!!!!! :)):)):))

Has it always been down on power or a fairly recent developement. Have a look at your fuel filter, sedimenter etc?

did you replace all the copper washers and copper olives when doing it? Even a slight air ingress will cause all sorts of problems

Have you fitted the in hose to the right barb? If it was spewing doozle with the lever then as soon as you turned the engine over it should have spewed it too

after a little googling the common answer is that the lift pump pushes out somewhere between 10-15psi. But thats the internet talking so dont quote me

If your talking about what I think you are, they were replaced with mounts on a cross member that sits further back where you would normally find the brackets. This moves the transfer box slightly and newer revision prop shafts may be required.

No Pictures for this update im afraid. Turbo and inlet plenum are on and plumbed in with oil, vacuum and boost feeds. Injection pump is fitted, injector pipes are on, new spill off feed sorted etc. Cam belt is on and engine is timed up, timing cover, all pulleys and aux belt back on. Next to...

Sounds like the hose has delaminated inside mate. Severely restricts air flow. Hence it getting all sucked out of shape. If you take off hose and clear all the innards out, it might limp you home. Let us know how you get on

Yeah it sounds like ur hub seals mate. If your bearings ain't been done in a while, get the whole kit, save u having to dismantle it again in near future

The cogged wheel applies pressure to the diaphragm, the boost must overcome this pressure before the fuel pin is influenced by the boost. By adjusting that cogged wheel you loosen or tighten the spring (can't remember which) so that it takes less boost before the fueling gets upped. It won't...

Good job mate. Did yo adjust the boost diaphragm to up fueling at lower boost pressures too? Its the bigger wheel in the pump that the spring sits on

See that dent in the top of the one you have pictured?? That was caused by jamming a screw driver in and levering it off. Its a tamper proof cap, obviously shows tampering. Just lever it out bud

Currently in the process of replacing most of a duff chassis. Complete ball ache. But I only paid 700 quid for it. If your paying 5k you want something very tidy. 5k would even get you an ex mod straight from the source. Then you know it's looked after!
