the problem you have is the chain drive in the transfer box is slipping under load . I have just had the same fault. Either fit a new chain and sprocket set to your transfer box or fit another transfer box. dunno what petes on .... probly pot !!!!!!! cant kickdown inlower than 4th gear ????????

to check the pump, unscrew the inlet filter on the end of the pump. start the car ,close all doors and tailgate, put your finger over the inlet, it should be sucked hard against the pump. if not the pump is not pumping. assuming it is running

sounds like you have corroded wheel nuts. corrosion gets between the nut which is mild steel and the chrome cap (swelling the cap to more than 27mm) which incidently is not removable. the nut underneath is 26.5mm the cap making it up to 27mm. one nut cap has an indentation on the face ,this is...

Definately sounds like electrical problem, leads or coils. check under the bonnet when its dark, look for arcing round the coil pack and leads. as its much the same on gas or petrol cant be a fuel problem. good luck Gary

Having watched the videos on his website. It will allow you to clear fault codes ,set the various height parameters,check operation of the compressor by turning it on or off, the problem with the eas ecu is that once you have rectified any faults the system still will not work until the fault...
