someone will correct me if i am wrong but i think that the mountings are exactly the same as the R380 is a direct replacement. With the R380, reverse is under 5th. Other than that they are just a revised box with alterations to make it better. the gear and transfer box have to come out at the...

the R380 is the later box and is a direct replacement, LT77 would cost you £395 exchange from ashcrofts. from £445 for R380 also from ashcrofts. i personally dont know of any other gearbox specialists ;)
