    Problem solved, you were right dooby, prop shaft - £300, being done this aft by NW Propshaft (friend of mine knows the guy who works there).

    Ive been looking on net now for hours, the more research i do the more i worry this could be IRD, VCU or prop shaft......there would be noises though - please tell me their would be noises??????? Maybe i should go to tesco car park after dark and drive round in circles in reverse! After paying...

    lol mate, yeah ive used a torque bar.....thanks for PM too. The guy who checked it looked like he had just done an oil change until i realised he must have forgotten to wash that morning with clearasil. (sorry unsure of spelling)

    Im going to throw a spanner in the works now im afraid. Yesterday no wobble up to 60, today I can feel it from 30.....maybe im just being a bit paranoid....nah, its def starting earlier, the more ive got use to the car the more i can feel it. Still, quite as a mouse though, no knocking scraping...

    It was a wobble tastic car when i bought it but got money off for new tyres all round......assumed at the time that because all 4 were ragged it would solve the issue having new ones. Maybe i just got a bit excited and assumed too much. Anyone idea on costs if it is one of the pre discussed...

    Thanks for that, but i would expect knocking sounds with those problems? The vehicle remains quite just feels like its trying make milkshake. it is worrying though that its not the steering wheel but entire car.
