its a new clutch plate and the one removed was ok no loose springs and lots of meat left on it but replaced it anyway, i had this issue before the new clutch fitted.

sorry comp went again, this is what it feels like that its not lining up, it is a dmf but springs are on the plates both the one fitted and removed, i questioned this with the supplier and he double checked and said it was right, the thing that concerns me is had same issue before i changed...

cheers for the reply, sorry my comp broke and just got it back, no nothing in the way and mine doesn't have a flexi hose on it. you it be that the pedal has bent some how??

bled the clutch again and still the same, i have noticed if im sitting at lights or junction trying to engage 1st if i double clutch it it will go in smoother any other ideas???? cheers

cheers for the replies just seems strange that it gets stiffer when warm , will try bleeding it again tomorrow but i dont think its that unless the slave was faulty

will bleed again tomorrow and try that, might also remove gear box refill plug and see how much comes out, from what i understand it should just dribble out so if it pours out i'll know it was to much lol cheers
