    hi all ive bought one, its a 2003 gs seven seater, air con ,twin sunroofs ,but its a manual (the autos are hard to get for the price) i paid £5,500 but its worth it and im happy .thanks to all for the offers and sorry i didnt buy any of them

    why did it blow the headgasket before ?did you replace the thermostat ? if the problem wasnt found when the headgasket was fixed then you still have a problem

    i had a similar problem it turned out to be a injector sticking and sending air into the fuel system

    the MAF is between the air filter box and the intake hose to the turbo .the MAP is on the intake manifold (top middle held by two bolts). both could be cleaned with brake cleaner or similar and see if it makes a diffrence

    get the codes read , check MAF and MAP sensors . and try disconecting the temp sensor and see if its any better

    add the MAF sensor, brake pads ,thermostat, propshaft u joints, fan belt, filters (air fuel oil) if its on air bags then two of them , injector seals and copper washers, if its an automatic then a filter kit , if maual then clutch cylinder repair kits , turbo boost soleinoid and intercooler...

    (A) you could use Hawkeye or Nanocom .i have a hawkeye and it worked well to sort the same problem
