Actually, the TD5 horn can be found inside the nearside front wing in between the wheel arch liner and the wing just behind the side light and indicator lamp. There's a couple or three louvres in between the side light and indicator for the horn to sound through.

Well, with a Defender you could move the seat all the way forward and run a padlock and chain from the release bar on the front of the seat and through the steering wheel. Can't sit in the seat or steer. It's not high tech but it's simple to do and anything...

Yes it's a leak of the power steering fluid, most likely caused by a seal failing after holding the steering on full lock for too long.

This vehicle in my opinion is a 90". All the visible parts are correct for a 90". The windscreen dummy hinges look strange, but you can't see clearly what they are. Could be a series bulkhead with the windscreen hinge brackets cut off and plates bolted on in their place to join the screen...
