So which battery type is used for the 4.6 hse p38? By type I mean '069' etc. What amps per hour etc should I be looking for? Mines showing 12.30v then 13.99 when charging!

When I put the ignition on I get an 'alternator fault' message briefley. Have checked the battery and the charge goes up to over 14 volts so it would seem the alternator is working. I have looked and the alternator looks new. Does the computer need to be told a new alternator has been fitted or...
