you have had a new radiator fitted at some time and they work different to the original ones so you need to fit a restrictor to the outlet of the fuel cooler looks like its come out when you removed the pipe make sure you reconnect the bottom to pipes the right way round...

think you need a 300 cross member and a 300 gear knob

it is common for the starters to pack up but there is a £10 kit on e bay for them but you realy need to find out if there is power going to the starter when the ignition is turned if not the fault is not the starter and the starter can be a pig to get off (well the top bolt is)

sorry but i have to disagree never have to over tighten fittings to make them seal and as i have said i do have use of a good quality tool but i am very happy with the quality of the flares from the machine mart tool i would not use it if there was any problems

a local engineering company would re tap the thread out im sure
