Hi Just had the same problem with mine. I just replaced the brake light switch that is on the pedal and that cured it. Just make sure you get the right switch cos there's two of them only cost about £15.

Hi It comes on when it wants to,Most times it is just after I start up then move away,The only thing I have not done is check to see if brake lights are working when this happens.Once I turn off then restart it is ok.

Hi If I leave the selector dial on windscreen without any fans going will the a/c kick in or has the interior blower have to be on number one at least to work the a/c.:confused: Thank you.

Hi Thank you for replies,Tried it this morning and the illumination light in the switch came on(dont no what happend before) and checked the pulley is spinning and cold air from the fans. I do have it on windscreen in winter and all the fan positions work.:clap2: Thank you to skynet and Hippo

Hi I have done mine with linseed oil a few times and they stay black and look nice for nearly three months then after that they still have a bit of shine on them.:)

Hi If you use linseed oil make sure you put the cloths you use in a bucket of water overnight as it can ignite the cloth.
