Yes - it is all original. Just hopeing the old sender which at least for 4 years possibly aint read anything over 50-60°C has now just bust a gut with the new found heat and dont know whats hit it.

Thanks for the replies. What do you all think about the temp gauge sitting so high? As it didnt move in the remaining 20 odd miles of the journey etc - it shouldnt be creating any damage should it? Could it be the temp sender is faulty after not reading any hot water for the past 4+...

Morning all, I have a Defender 200Tdi with no anti roll bars fitted. I would like to fit some to help stop the excess body roll as I am now doing alot more road miles. Can they be fitted from lets say a scrapped Disco etc. What work would this all involve? Cheers, SpenB
