The only caps I have to take off are on the lockers. The other caps on the nuts stay on (even though they feel loose)

i didnt need to remove the crank. you can change the piston seal with out removing it. :)

why 38 in the rear? the major lump is in the front.. if they are the same tyres front and rear (which they are out of the factory) then to keep the profile the same surely they should be higher in the front..... someone give me a physics lesson, im obviously missing something
