    the fuel rail is machined into the head so is not servicable also make sure everything is spotlessly clean as dirt in the fuel rail goes straight into the injectors (NOT GOOD)

    have just changed the seals on mine when doing the headgasket not to bad to do you need a special puller to get the injectors out do not try with anything else as the head casing is thin and can easily be damaged note where the injectors come from as they have to go back in the hole they were...

    hi all right i have a td5 discovery ;) which is using water:mad: no signs of leakage no smoke not down on power hoses feel pressurized it needs to be topped up daily with water does this sound like headgasket also can these heads be skimmed and what is the job like to do:confused:
