yes the old rubber came off , and i smeared oil on the new rubber, if i need to replace, what do they call the part im looking for ?

thanks for the replies, but its the large flexi pipe (its like cloth with rings through it) that's the one the oils leaking from , it goes to a large box behind the head lights regards

hi, ive got a defender 90, 1990, still with the old td engine in it, the problem i have is the large pipe coming from the turbo is matted with oil and its dripping down onto the near side front, any ideas of what my problem is regards

hi, my defender 90 as got a leak, i only noticed this from all the rain we have had , its coming from the small skylight windows in the rear of the tub, first question were do i get them from, what are they called when ordering, and are they easy to fit regards :)

hi all, picked up my 90 yesterday, first time driving it, i seem to be moving the wheel 3to4 ins before the wheels move needless to say at 50 mph i nearly **** myself when it didnt go round the bend, what can be the problem, i need help please regards :(

hi i have a 94 disco 300tdi, last year i had new cam belts tensioners , pullys etc, but still had to use the penny trick to get rid of the birds from the engine, now its back again what can i do to get rid again, now the penny trick isn't working ? please help :confused:
