    Love it.

Just thought I'd add my own V8 rumble to this jungle. Car in this vid is mine, but no I don't work for quicksilver (they just asked if I could video it for their website). YouTube - Range Rover 4.4 V8 Sports Exhaust by QuickSilver.wmv It's just Cat-back, but has made a big difference to the...

    New brakes discs and pads

Yes it is true that X5 parts are interchangable. I had to change my front calipers and got some via a BWM part seller for half the price that LR were going to charge me for exactly the same part. For those who don't believe me - take a L322 caliper off and you will see BMW written on the side of...

    2003 Range Rover Vogue overheating

you're right actually. There wasn't such a thing as a 4.2 from 2003 that I'm aware of. So must be talking about having a 4.4. Anyway, to original poster, I'm not sure what could cause it. Sorry!

    2003 Range Rover Vogue overheating

If its a 4.2 from 2003 as stated then it must be a supercharged version as the only N/A V8s from that year were 4.4 from BMW. Don't know if that makes a difference in fault-finding.

    Sticky time ?

Yup, I agree this would be a top idea too. Lets make it happen!

    L322 dorr handle covers

The previous owner of my L322 obviously wore alot of rings and the door handles were scratched to hell. I put some chrome civers on at they look much better now. Probably would have gone for brushed steel, but at the time I got mine such things weren't available. They can have a slightly sharp...

Sat nav screen changed colour L322

Is it just darker or actually a different colour? You can change it between blue, green and (I think off the top of my head) brown in the options. Also could it be that your lights are on/off when you were looking at it? When you switch your lights on the screen becomes a different brightness...

    L322 Steering Wheel Auto Adjust

Sorry to hear about it Garwillis. Bigdel is right though, its a common problem and is, as they say, ****ed. Mine has the same problem, but even worse, mine is stuck all the way in, so have to have the seat fairly far forwards at the moment! Not good! You're looking at about 400-600 quid to...

    Anyone got a spare/old L322 left headlight?

Nice one, thanks. I assumed (wrongly it seems) that they would pull the usual trick of ''we only provide the (delete as applicable) whole light unit/entire new front end/complete vehicle.....' in an effort to rinse us of as much cash as possible!

    Anyone got a spare/old L322 left headlight?

Hello all, A 3" hole has appeared in my front, nearside headlight lens. Guessing a stone chip, but may well be vanalism. The lights themselves are fine, just the glass broke. (any chance that one month I can go without something going wrong with this car? I swear its cursed!) Wondering if...

    A tale of warning...

Sorry, should have said 'used to work for the people I currently do' (before he joined the police. I'm not, and never have been, in the police. @ whoever said 'why would the police be unpleasant' - well I didn't say they would be, what I said is that they went out of their way to helpm, rather...

    A tale of warning...

Hello all, Just a quick tale of warning for all those L322 owners out there - DO NOT believe your fuel gauge or trip computer! Yesterday, half way up a long hill and I totally lost power and rolled to a stop on the road side. Fuel gauge says 1/8 full and no warning light yet. trip comp says...

INTERNAL TEMP GUAGE SAY'S 28f but its -5 outside?

Firstly, STOP SHOUTING, its not well received on this forum. You have set your temp to farenhight (excuse spelling), hence the F after the temp. 32 degrees F is equivelent to 0 degree C. So -5 would be 27. So it looks to be accurate, its just you have somehow (mistakenly) changed the display...

    Warranty Direct? Anyone use it?

Thanks for the responses guys, I figured it was probably a case of 'small printing arse rape'. @ JT - my electronic telescopic steering is stuck all the way in. I've been quoted around half a grand to fix - outragous. Its a common problem with L322s if you search the web, but LR have refused...

    Warranty Direct? Anyone use it?

Hello all! Just wondering if anyone here has used Warranty Direct, saw their adverts on TV so thought I'd see what they would charge for my RR. £837 a year for basic, or just over £1000 for a more comprehensive cover. Which isn't as bad as I thought it would be, and could pay for itself fairly...

    2010 Facelift - Air Filter????

Matt, thought yours was 2006 facelift? He is looking for 2010 facelift, so faces (see what I did there!) a different problem. Sorry in advance if I'm talking crap.

What would you buy? 05 with 93k mls or 53 with 44k mls??????

I'd go for the lower milage. 50k miles is alot of potential wear. Thinigs like side steps can be added for a few hundred quid, as can various other subtle upgrades like window tints (look good on gunmetal models) etc. Get a good valet on it (or do it yourself) and it may look more appealing...

    Which would the experts choose?

Holy Moley! E15K (which is about £14k at today ex-rate) for 265k on the clock?! Insane! Anyone know how much it costs to convert from RHD to LHD? Someone could make a fortune in europe if it was cheap to convert!

    L322 Vogue Project

Looking good - good job! Need to get rid of those horrible orange side indicators though and get some clear or smoked ones ;) How come you decided not to upgrade to the new front indicator units which are clear (rather than orange) when you changed them? Or did you just change the right side to...

    Which would the experts choose?

Depends on the condition of each vehicle. If that 5k the L322 has had spent on it includes a new autobox as you say then I'd definately choose that. In fact I'd choose the L322 eitherway as they are much improved in terms of interiors etc. L322's don't have THAT many problems with them compared...
