Well since I've replaced the passenger side doors I've had a few problems. now got a problem with the passenger door, that if I lock it, I can't open it from I side or outside unless I disconnect the lever bit inside and manually trigger it! yet of I don't lock it, it opens fine on the handles...

On my gear box it crunches into second gear unless you double clutch it at the right time. I've been told its the synchro and as I'm probably going to sell it in the new year, how do I fix it? It doesn't bother me but it would someone else. is it a DIY job?

No you can get HD springs for a disco ;) if you want more articulation, splash out on the Terrafirma kit. My mates got it and it's good.

wouldnt bother, unless your going seriously extreme! and then you'll want a roll cage, must buy a steering guard, they are worth there money imo. id get sliders first, as you dont want to bend your sills/doors do you?!
