hi i got a 300tdi i converted my self i just getting some custom radiator and intercoolers made i will be trying out this weekend, i turned my diesel pump up 8th of a turn and adjusted turbo i have no lag at all :) full stainless built myself double head gasket to take the 2.6 bar of boost...

i like the sound of that but 300tdi is so easy to lift out of disco and put in defender 2days machined all parts

i got silicone hoses even turned up diesel pump so it still smokes on start up but when u floor it the front just lifts and goes get to try it in a field at weekend fun fun

:):) i just put a brand new turbo on my converted 19j to 300tdi and it shifts just so i know what boost preasure is safe cause i don't know if i should trust the gauge 1/4 throttle .5 1/2 throttle 1.1 pedal to the metal 1.8 bar oopps its a barry boy motor eater :p:p:p

parts last longer aswell, and ur not washing clay out for the next five weeks

pefer a belt son , is urs fixed yet

hi my 300 tdi powersteering pump pulley sheered off and i need my landy asap pump is on its way, is there another belt that i can run just for alternator, water pump,:(:(

hi just put a 300 tdi out of a 1996 disco into my defender it beats my old 19j engine hands down its nice to keep up and overtake on the motorway:welcome2:smokes a little but engine not been run for 5 months is it normal

mine sits half way after about 10 mins driving or 20 mins on the driveway a luke warm through the heaters, thermostate is off the top hose under the 3 10mm bolts i would check the conections first then dive in to thermostate

just had brilliant heat trough the vents then it went pop haha u gotta laugh just ordered new lump so all will be fixed again aim is to do loop the loop in the snow again :p:p:p

Hi people my 90 is readin between half way and red on temp gauge but still no hot air from blowers i've changed water pump thermostat and pipes that go to heater box, please help thanks :confused:
