hiya lads,i,m driving 150miles each day this week in my 2.5dse:eek:.i was worried about overheating issues but touch wood so far so good.but i,ve just got a key fob battery low level light come up.anyother time i would,nt worry about this but i need the car for the next 2 days,i have no spare...

i was also enquiring the weekend about having a fip fitted because i also have problems and was told they,de need the car most of the day.i was also told i,d be looking at £500-600:eek:.that £200-300 was a quote i had months ago off another garage.

i believe you looking at £200-300 from a indi landy garage.you can rent a timing kit off ebay for £28 if your ok with the rest.if not leave it to the pro,s.if you don,t mind me asking whats the reason around you thinking you need your fip changing.
