2.5dse injector removal

hello lads,changing my no4 injector,but sods law the old one wont budge

any tips?rave says torque to 65nm but this is solid.

Wrenching bar proper socket, steady pressure rather than trying to tug at it. When it starts to move, if it is still tight squirt a bit of plus gas down side and move it too and frow as it comes out rather like you do when tapping a thread until it loosens off. Oh' and just in case remember to turn it in the correct direction anticlockwise.

cheers wammers it has moved slightly but it seems to clicking loose instead of a steady turn do u think it will help getting the engine up to temperture

Warm maybe, not hot, the head will expand long before the steel injector does so it maybe worth a try. But be careful you don't let the threads pickup in the head. As soon as you get it turned off it's seat get some plus gas in it and let it soak a while. Turn it slowly back and forth as the plus gas soaks in or you will gore the threads in the head. The plus gas will loosen any carbon deposites on the threads.
