    a genuine headlining is £250 and going by mine its lasted for 12 years until its started to sag. plus you can fit the genuine one yourself if your not near nationwide.

    im sure that you can have a check done where they put a coloured dye in the system that shows any leaks when using an ultraviolet light, i could be wrong but sure ive heard it before.

    ive tried nationwide before about a headlining for the p38, they do make them but if im right in remembering they only fit it themselves and wont send you one, also i think they are quite a distance from me and dont travel to install them, so i decided not to follow it up, you might have better...

    there is a section on rangerovers.net about repairing the headlining, the best way is to remove the cloth and all the old glue then using high temp glue(called something like that, it withstands the temp differences in cars) attach new cloth and refit. Got to do mine but the actual headlining...

    :welcome2: i would agree with gem, take it back with a list of the things wrong and see what he says,otherwise throw the keys back at him, or if your any good with some spanners offer him £500 and use the rest to fix her up.

    i had the exact same areas of water coming in on mine, i took all the outside windscreen trim off and the A pillar trim then run some black water proof silicone around where the screen is bonded in and so far it looks like its doing the job!

    still all fine(touch wood!!!) i changed the map sensor and the pipe from the sensor to the underside of the manifold-cost all about £45.
