Sounds like it's just steering box wants tightening. Put front end on axle stands, get somebody to turn the steering from lock to lock,as you slowly tighten the adjustment screw on top of the box. You just loosen the lock nut, and then you'll need an allen key to wind the screw in. put it back...

Hi i'm thinking about getting rid of my disco, and was wondering how reliable is 90 or 110. When i fix summat on the disco, something else soon rears it's head. Are the defenders the same, just as you fix summat your straight onto the next problem? Also i've heard the 110's aren't great...

Thats very good of you, my concern about drilling it was if the drill ran off slightly and damaged the threads, cause i'll be buggered then!! So i think i'll give the other way a go, and if i get stuck with that, then go down the stud extractor route. Thanks
