good point discool , i just figured out that all the lights worked and it was just the flash that didnt so it must be the switch so managed to get a second hand stalk for a fiver fitted it took me a while to figure out how too and then bingo all working maybe i was lucky , cheers

sorted today , it was the stalk at fault , many thanks for all you replies guys cheers

thanks discool , will have a look at said fuses the 30 amp and 20 amp , just find it strange that all lights work ok but just wont flash when the lights are off , im starting to think the stalk maybe at fault ?

lol , i will try and have a look for the fuses tomorrow in the day light , do you know were the relay is passenger footwell i think but can see a few diff relays

hi , no i have not got rave and my electrics are very poor to say the least , as i said when the lights are switched on i can get high beam but with the lights switched off i cant just give a flash of the head lights

starter motor to me needs a service prob bone dry , easy job to do also check the bushes while your in there

you could try taking your belt off and give the pulleys a good clean with brake cleaner and brush in the grooves do all puleys

may have one for you , its not mine but a friend as got one that he as not got the time for , based in bolton pm me if your interested

how long did you let it drain , if poss leave it over night before you re fill its suprising how much more oil will drip out

mine as also got a 2 inch lift and i fitted 245 75 16 , no problems no cutting req

think its flat side down but not 100 per cent , sure someone with more knowledge will come along and put you right

try changing the oil and use atf 3 not atf 2 , there is quite a difference , also ashcrofts recommend it now no more mtf ****

halfords own are much better than you may think and price aint too bad
