    Guys...has anyone had any experience with dash cams and Defenders? I've just fitted a Nextbase 612GW and the bloody thing wobbles about like mad? (Obviously you cant see it at the time,) but when you watch the footage back, its quite shaky??? Wondering if its just typical for a diesel 110...

    2.4tdci oil filter housing torque???

    anyone know what the torque setting is for a defender 2.4tdci 2008 oil filter housing? Haynes manual says 23NM The housing itself has 25Nm printed on it YouTube and forums saying 35Nm I’ve currently tightened it to 25Nm....but any advice from someone who knows for sure would be brill.... Ta

    Agh, I see.... Probably same here....the thing I am most concerned about is cutting away the arches....as that’s not exactly something you can unbolt!:eek:

    I don’t normally carry much weight and first gear is pretty much redundant with the BAS remap...normally pull away in second, so I guess it would just reintroduce 1st as a gear!:D But it’s sounding like a bit of a mare to do!!! I should be a James Bond /Land Rover fan!:cool:

    Jeez....that sounds expensive! What’s the rough cost of upgrading those components? :confused: £1500 for tyres, similar for a set of wheels, £800 for the arches...costs are starting to mount if other stuff needs upgraded too:(

    ...wanting to know what they would be like at speed on the road...from someone who’s actually driven with them!o_O Toying with the idea of “Spectre”ing my 110 double cab....but can’t get away from the fact that I need to cover some motorway miles too.:rolleyes:
