I`m not an expert, but have you double checked your ride hight sensors, if not check the inside side of the rubber bush, I found mine was cracked, changed them and all seems well.

Well, I done it, changed the hieght sensors and the airsprings on my disco. No probs, disconnected battery, so no re calibration needed, drilled holes in old bags, so no need to undo at pump and potentialy cause probs reconnecting. I have had this on my td5, no suspension dropping, just the compressor pumping, after switch off. I remove the fuse in frustration, but have found that if I wiggle the relay, it stops. suggesting to me its the relay. But then again Im only a carpet fitter:D
