    Sorry no pic, all reassembled now, the rim was so fine that Im not sure you would see it in a photo, Like I said, you could pick it of with a screwdriver. I'll have to monitor it, I was just wondering if anyone has ever seen this before.

    Hi all While changing the wheel bearing on my 300, I trashed the oil seal trying to locate it. I found that the hub had a small rim around it, where the seal sits, that picked off in places, but prevented the seal from locating. I filed it away and fitted a new seal, and it seems fine. the...

    Well I changed both rear calipers this morning, bled through ok, brakes seem ok. Could do with new disks methinks, thats the next job, if the brakes remain ok. Thanks all you loverly people that replied, its good to know there's a world of knowledge ready to help. Have a good one. Ray :)
