Just an update and to thank everyone who posted. New clutch slave fitted and bled, pedal is now back to normal with a perfect clutch. Thanks all

Thanks everyone. New slave cylinder on order I just hope I don't lose the push rod off the clutch fork. Been there before!

Bit of an update guys. Replaced the master cylinder and bled through this evening. And it's still the same. Seriously hoping its not the clutch fork. But are TD5's immune to that fault? Cheers

Hi guys My TD5 defender has suddenly developed alot of free play on the clutch pedal and the bite is alot lower. I'm convinced the bite gets lower the further the journey but that could be psychological. There's probably more free play than there is clutch action at the pedal at the moment...
