when engine running the header tank has lots of twirl even at idle before changing the pump the steering was spot on apart from it leaking so i dont under stand would it be worth me taking it all apart again ? i assume it cant be anything to do with the backing plate that slots into the water...

my aircon says its working but is not, i did the self test using the buttons on the heater and it says aircon running fine, but when i look at the aircon compressor once ive turned it on it looks the same ie the pulley does not seem to turn the clutch on ,is this fixable?
