    yup 2 hours total and that was doing the p gasket at same time which was a baskit of a job to clean the bathroom sealer off..lol

    head skim wont make any difference on the 300 head, its flat compression will be affected with gasket choice though. thats why you should get the right one. did mine about 3 months ago and took about 2 hours in total.

    had this before, as has already been said the flat tyreruns slightly faster than the others giving the eas computer false readings so it chucks the light on..only cure is new tyre or puncture repair depending how bad it is.

    have to agree it looks more like the sensor is leaking..take it out clean it up and see if the sealing washer or compund is still intact if not fit a new washer (usually copper or alloy) or smear a little gasket sealer on the threads before putting it back in. you could take the hose off and see...

    MOT to do list

    does it say reverse or reserve? no reserve travel means the lever is prob coming all the way to the top , with no reserve travel left...simples really..lol the cable needs some slack taking out of it if its holding ok when the lever is pulled up to the top.

    right guys i think i have bust summat.. the transfer lever has gone floppy, it goes into high and low ok but its floppy side to side, done a search but only seen posts for broken levers, any clips or screws that could have come off or have i bust summat.. tried to look at the pics on the thread...

    if you had a good quality coolant in it before ya started then filled again with good quality coolant dont panic its if you mix the netto crap stuff with good coolant you will have problems, the old methanol coolant dont like glycol so it turns to gel...but tbh i have not seen any of the cheap...
