The in tank pumps usually goes first leaving the under bonnet one to make up the slack on its own, eventually that dies too :) I guess the same applies if the under bonnet one goes first.

I had this before, with my 2001 td4. You should have 2 low pressure pumps, one in the tanks and one on the passenger side inner wing. When its warm turn the igntion on but don't start it. You will hear the fuel pumps(s) running. Leave it on for around 20 seconds, then turn it off. repeat...

Stripped out the facia to swap the heater matrix. Found an ADR5 tracking device hidden behind the dash. Had the Hippo 8 years and never knew a thing about it!

OK called Cobra / ADR The unit was deactivate in 2006 apparently. It can be re-activated for a subscription fee, or removed from the vehicle. I think that it may be going bye byes.....

Opened up the black box, there is no visible SIM card. On the back of the PCB there is a label marks NAVTRAK ADR5

It is still connected, I found it stashed behind the facia, which i have taken out to swap the heater matrix. Had the car 8 years, had no idea it was there. The car was originally owned by a lease hire company though.
