haha, I dont know. I think i need to know what might cause it to over boost. I havent touched the waste gate, but if its sticking etc could this do it? Is there any procedure that can be done to check it? I cant think what else?

that disco 2 prob seems slightly different as his flickers as such. Mine just goes and stays in limp mode i think. Could be for a similar problem though. Arghh!!

I think it could be something more than the MAF. I had it disconnected today and it was running fine. I overtook something up a hill (lots of pedal again, same as last night) and it seemed to go into a limp mode. So it seems to reset itself after you turn it off. Massive pain in the arse. Done...

Have u had it tested then? Is it genuine?

Thanks, will look into the plugs location tomorrow. The plug at the front left of the engine wish you push upwards is blue and that had a little oil around it. Went for a drive, started with maf connected, sluggish etc, disconnected it and it was much better (almost back to normal I think)...
