Cool, I did suspect that might be the case, but it's hard to tell with a landy - one minute you're marvelling in the genius of a design feature on it that seems way ahead of its time, and the next you find something that just doesn't seem like much though went into it at all lol.

I think my wiper stalk is faulty, this is my first Landy (1987 90) so I have no point of reference, but it seems a bit odd. I'm replacing the indicator stalk at the moment for a different fault, so it seems like a good time to replace the wiper stalk too if this is indeed also a fault with that...
