I've just done a search on the net and found this on another forum if it's of any use; 300Tdi injectors are 2 stage same as 200Tdi injectors, both work at 200 atmosphere on stage 1 & 280 atmos on stage 2. 300tdi injectors are Bosch KBAL 90 P37 with a Nozzle DSLA 145P336 200tdi injectors...

POS, did you find any info on the injectors? mine's doing the same as yours (200tdi), but seems a bit happier when the engine gets hot. I'd not thought of cleaning/replacing the injectors.

I had replaced the flexy hose on mine while ago, it was an absolute bas###d to bleed up, took me ages to get a pedal again. Keep going with it, you should eventually get a pedal back.

Is your diesel pump too advanced???

the trick with petrol tanks is to put them next to a running diesel exhaust, the diesel fumes kill of the petrol vapour, this is what they used to do when repairing petrol tanks! just google it.

Failed on nearside track-rod end and no rubber pad on the brake pedal! wish all mot's were this simple! I was also given advisory on both front radius arm bushes. I've just ordered a full set of track-rod ends and a set of pedal rubbers, will do the radius arm bushes in the spring.;)

My mate fits custom made stainless exhuasts, they just use a smear of silicone sealant on the joints, works a treat!

'99 onwards models are the one's to go for, better electrics and alot more reliable than the earlier one's. ;)

Argoshield (about 10-15% argon), use more amps and a little less wire feed than with mild steel, there's nothing 'specialist' about welding stainless you just need to get you mig set up to suit, Titanium on the other hand is a totaly different fishy kettle! Stick with it you'll get there, you...

Anyone know what thread the engine mounts are on my 90/91 landy 90? the nobhead that did the 200tdi conversion on my landy forgot to put the nuts on the underside of the engine mounts!:confused: makes it quite 'interesting' when offroading!
